  • About us

When we say it's your IMS, that's what we mean. Our goal is to support ICAEW members who live and work in Scotland. We offer a range of events where you can connect with other members, as well as providing help when things are challenging.

We represent you and champion your needs and concerns acting as your mouthpiece with the Institute in London along with our Council member, Carl Bayley.

In short, we're all about you

Our group comes from all business areas from private practice to public sector. Some wear suits and do the 9-5 thing, some work in less traditional environments. But they all have one thing in common; they are committed to doing everything that they can for our members.

This ranges from making their voice heard at national level to organising social and networking events where members can meet and exchange ideas over a beer!

We’re always looking for new people, new ideas and new thoughts, so if you want to help shape IMS and the work we do, come along and find out how you can get involved.

Contact Fiona Ormiston our local executive and drop into one of our Wednesday evening meetings in Edinburgh.

  • Local networks

The ICAEW Members in Scotland (IMS) exists to support ICAEW members living and/or working in Scotland.
