Biography

Mark has served on ICAEW's Board since June 2024 and sits on ICAEW's Remuneration Committee.

Mark is a partner and Head of the Board Practice, and Financial Management Practice of Odgers Berndtson, based in London.

Mark led the CFO Practice for 18 years before broadening his remit to lead the Board Practice, following the career path of many CFOs to CEO and beyond.  He benefits from seven years of experience as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of GlobalData Plc, giving him insight into the inner workings of a Plc board.
